$2 Milllion for Youth Mentorship

Over the past 2.5 years, Eckerhaus Consulting has proudly raised over $2 million for our Big Brothers Big Sisters affiliates on the West Coast. These organizations are catalysts for profound change, and we are continually inspired by their impact on youth and their communities.

Mentorship is more than a friendship; it's a powerful tool for empowerment. Research shows that mentored youth are more likely to go to college and reduce risky activities. This kind of support helps mitigate socioeconomic disadvantages that can hinder a child's long-term success, fostering self-confidence and improving school performance.

We are particularly proud of our local affiliate, Big Brothers Big Sisters of Puget Sound, and their incredible efforts within our schools. The programs they champion have led to significant improvements in young people's mental health and well-being, with participants showing marked growth in self-control, social skills, and grit.
